1. Payment Terms

All payments for services offered by Barrett Glass Works, L.l.c. must be completed at the time of order unless prior written arrangements are made. 3. Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our glass replacement services, refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

If services were not delivered as agreed due to our fault.
If an order is canceled prior to commencement of service.
If a refund is mandated by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to brooklynsnyder@bgworkssvc.com within 14 days of payment. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Payments for services that have been fully delivered, customized, or completed are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, glass replacement, custom installations, and any on-site work already performed.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting Barrett Glass Works, L.l.c. may delay resolution and result in denial of the dispute if our services were provided as agreed. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks for valid transactions.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an issue regarding payment or service delivery, please contact us immediately. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. We will attempt to resolve all issues in compliance with U.S. commercial law.
